What are the characteristics of Harry's Fire?
Harry's cooking range is unique in its category and provides great scope for every chef's creativity.   It comes with high power double crown burners with centralised secondary air supply, high output and the lowest carbon dioxide emissions found by certifying bodies, safeguarding health and the environment.   The radial water-filled tank stops cooking residue from drying, so facilitating quick cleaning and sure hygiene.   The section grille allows the entire surface of the hob to be used, allowing practical safe handling of pans.   The temperature of the hob and all touchable surfaces does not exceed 60°C, ensuring maximum safety in use.
In what way are GICO appliances environmentally friendly ?
Carbon dioxide emissions from our appliances are the lowest encountered by certifying bodies, so atmospheric pollution and hazards for kitchen staff are reduced to a minimum; high output gives considerable energy savings. Everyone knows that carbon dioxide emissions harm the atmosphere and for some time we have been hearing of pollution and the greenhouse effect; Law EN203 establishes a limit of 1,000 particles per million.
What will the new year bring for GICO ?
We are thrilled to be working on an important project: the new face of cooking lines.   2009 will be a demanding year for our designers, who are engaged in converting into reality the softness and roundness we have chosen to renew our company's image. Our studies for this new styling start from the modern concept of ergonomics, where "the machine adapts itself to the person".    Design turns on chefs, their ability and physical characteristics and needs based on the type of activity they carry out.   But that's not all.   For an appliance to be considered ergonomic it must be highly practical, because the functional design of a product can truly increase the user's performance.
