The 37th edition of Host at FieraMilano, the International Exhibition of the Hospitality Industry, came to an end with success. An edition characterised by an increasingly International atmosphere, as the figures confirm: attendance of 125 thousand visitors from 153 countries.
GICO, celebrating this year its 40 years of activity, chose this important exhibition to present several novelties and a complete renew imagine, starting from the innovative logo to the new design for our cooking equipments.
With the new ovens line GLOBE in the two versions: combi and convection, appliances with electronic controls, the new refrigeration lines GICOLD and the preparation NEUTRAL, GICO has completely redefine its products ranges guaranteeing itself a great success. -

The request and offer concerning new services and solutions in the tourist hotel market met at the Sardinian exhibition ''Hospitando Sardegna''. The success of the past editions has been confirmed with over seventy exhibitors. Numerous national and local unions of cooks, maîtres, barmen, sommeliers, confectioners, chocolatiers and bakers took part in “Hospitando Sardegna 2010”, such as: Unione Cuochi Regione Sardegna, Associazione Maitre Italiani Ristoranti Alberghi (Amira), Associazione Italiana Barmen e Sostenitori (Aibes), Associazione Italiana Sommeliers (Ais), Associazione Pasticceri e Cioccolatai, Associazione Italiana Panificatori Sezione Sud Sardegna.
